Yes, anybody can book with us.
Will you assist with obtaining our travel visas?
No, we will not be assisting you in obtaining visas for your travels. It will be your responsibility to ensure you can enter the countries/destinations you plan to visit.

Why does Auri charge itinerary design/management fees?
Auri designs unique and customized itineraries based on personal goals, interests, and budgets. Fees allow us to invest time in making honest recommendations without relying solely on supplier commissions. We offer various packages for transparency and individualized planning.
How do you charge?
We have a free initial call. If you choose to proceed, an initial fee is required for itinerary development. Once agreed, we start booking the trip, and you'll receive an invoice deducting the itinerary building fee.
Where do you plan trips?
While our focus is Southern Africa, we can plan trips worldwide. Our extensive travel experience ensures the best global experiences.
How fast can you turn a plan around?
Depending on the location and length of the trip we can plan for a quick turnaround, two weeks. For a longer and more extensive trip, we will need a bit more time. We prioritize detailed planning for a life-changing experience and do not avoid rushing the process.
Do you assist with Visas?
No, we do not assist with visas. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport allows travel to the destination.
Do you assist with Passport issues/expediting things?
No, passport-related matters are entirely your responsibility.
What if I need help on my trip?
We can assist you and provide resources for support while you are on your trip. We will have a dedicated email and phone number to support your needs.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we consider allergies or dietary restrictions when booking trips to ensure you receive the same level of service and offers.
Do you book all of my transportation (airfare, cars, etc.)?
Yes, we can assist with airfare, car rentals, trains, or other transport services. If you prefer to book your airfare yourself, you are welcome to do so.
